WET CHEMISTRY LABORATORY:

Our Wet Chemistry Laboratory provides high-quality analytical services for environmental, industrial, academic, agricultural, food, and research applications. Our Gas Chromatography (GC) Laboratory is a specialized facility dedicated to high-precision hydrocarbon analysis and fingerprinting. It is equipped with a variety of Gas GCs, GC-FIDs, and GC-MS systems, suitable for a wide range of qualitative and quantitative applications.

Each GC unit features Flame Ionization Detection (FID) and dual-carriage autosamplers, enabling flexible method development, high throughput, and reliable analysis of volatile and semi-volatile compounds. This capability allows us to analyze everything from simple gas mixtures to complex crude fractions.

 

The GC-MS systems enhance compound identification and source attribution, making them vital for fingerprinting, petroleum exploration, phytochemical analyses, environmental forensics, and quality control.

 

Our laboratory operates under stringent quality protocols and includes automated sample preparation, temperature-controlled environments, and advanced data systems, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility in all analyses.

HEAVY METAL LABORATORY

Our Heavy Metals Laboratory is equipped with advanced instrumentation, including Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) and Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (AES), which are essential for determining the elemental composition of a wide range of samples. These sophisticated techniques enable us to provide highly accurate and precise analyses, ensuring reliable results for various materials. Additionally, our Microwave Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (MP-AES) offers a straightforward and rapid method for detection, achieving low parts-per-million (ppm) detection limits, making it an invaluable tool for trace element analysis.

 

MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY

Our state-of-the-art microbiology laboratory offers a comprehensive range of microbial analyses. We specialize in testing for various microorganisms, including Indicator Organisms, such as Total Coliform, 

Faecal Coliform, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Total Aerobic Plate Count (APC), etc. Pathogenic Bacteria such as, Salmonella spp, Sulphite-Reducing Clostridia, etc. Others parameters include Fungal Analysis, Environmental Microbial Enumeration, Microbial Load Determination, Beneficial and Functional Microorganisms (Nitrogen-Fixing Bacteria, Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria, Hydrocarbon-Degrading Microorganisms, Biodegrading Microorganisms, etc).

PETROLEUM LABORATORY

Our petroleum laboratory performs comprehensive evaluations of crude oil samples, crude condensates, and natural gas. This evaluation process encompasses a series of tests conducted on crude feedstock, as well as distillation and analysis of the distillation products.

Crude distillation enables refiners, oil producers, and traders to make informed decisions by simulating refining conditions in accordance with ASTM D2892 and ASTM D5236. These standards facilitate the determination of yields and the quality of distillates through the application of various methodologies, including proprietary techniques. The information and data generated by our laboratory assist clients in optimizing their processes and maximizing profitability.
